The Rice Realty Team is fantastic.  My wife and I were new to the area.  We had ideas on what we wanted in a house but were not having much success in finding a property to match our needs.  Sami Lue listened to our requests, asked the right questions, and then showed us a number of homes to get a better feel for our needs.  She then did significant research to find the perfect home.  In this case, the home was a new build in a beautiful neighborhood.  Sami Lue and Rick were with us every step of the way.  They even attended the final walk-through and were crucial in identifying a few construction issues that needed to be corrected before we signed final acceptance.  We’ve been in our home for three years and we love it more and more each day.  Sami Lue and Rick are experts in the Treasure Valley realty market.  They made the process easy and fun.
