Working with Sami Lou & Rick was without a doubt the best real estate purchasing experience we have ever had and this was our 8th.  We relocated from out of state and had a pretty extensive list of must have requirements combined with a fairly modest budget and to make it even more challenging, we were not tied down to any specific location. Rick & Sami Lou went above and beyond all expectations from picking us up at the airport to showing us properties from literally one end of the state to the other before we found our perfect home near Pocatello. They were always accessible and on top of things throughout the entire transaction.
